The one word that comes to mind is “awesome”. Everything, from the first point of contact with Raven with Worthington Monuments to the time we picked up the monument, went very smoothly. She is super pleasant to work with. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to explain everything, ordered the monument for our dad, and letting us know when it shipped and was available for pickup. I was kept informed about every step in the process. I highly recommend them!
