Good place to work great pay for the area, but you gotta work for it!
I think Worthington is a great place to work. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter like most other factories. The pay tops out better than most in Greeneville. and just from my experience alone, from a workers comp case they are very fair. They have treated me very fairly and have accommodated me to where I can still keep employment with them even with my restrictions. I work with a great group of people. Its a great place to work and the people i work with makes it even better. Yeah its hard work and hot but so is any other factor that does welding fabrication assembly and paint. The start up and top out pay is as good if not better than anywhere else around.
Very nice clean but very warm but with welding and painting it is a hot job, I went too check out how they install the harness that goes In cabs , I build them at Numart, but yes a very nice place and thanks to Dean Miller for the tour.
