Quite by surprise, I discovered that my basement window was broken. The hole in the window was large enough for an animal to get in, so I was very concerned about getting it fixed quickly. I called Scott at Worthington Glass and he offered to come the next day to do my repair. Every other company I called quoted me 2-3 weeks!
