Seems like a nice guy. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. I arrived home at 8:45. A.m. 9:20 a.m. came around so I called him and he said he was already here knocking at the door and must have just missed me. He was here early, and because nobody was home he left and did not call. He said he didn't write down my number either for the appointment so he didn't know how to contact me. If he had waited just a couple minutes I would have been home. Quite by surprise, I discovered that my basement window was broken. The hole in the window was large enough for an animal to get in, so I was very concerned about getting it fixed quickly. I called Scott at Worthington Glass and he offered to come the next day to do my repair. Every other company I called quoted me 2-3 weeks! In addition, he made me the first customer, so I was able to get to work on time for an important meeting. The repair was executed excellently, plus the repair area was left neat and clean.
