The service advisor Billy Amaral and manager Scott Ross are absolutely a joke to work with! Very unprofessional and think they are great at covering up there mistakes. I have heard bad rumors before I went there and I now I can say they are not rumors!! Yes they are in the buisness to scam, but they both sure go out of there way to be vindictive and love to play games. Scott Ross has a stalker personality and should be careful when dealing with him. And Billy, well just doesn't get it!
They didn't care about my needs or what I could afford. After 3 hours they finally got my payments to where I was happy and right before I signed the papers they sold the car to someone else. They made us wait alot and left us sitting alone is a quiet room for most of the day. they argued with what I could afford and once they sold the car to someone else they rushed us out the door. I will never go back and urge others not to go there!
