My experience with the Worthington (counseling) center was a disaster. I made an appt. w/a certain doctor (of my choice upon the recommendation of my life coach) & was assured that my insurance would be consulted and approved. The weather on the day of my initial appt. was horrible, and being 55 miles away, I cancelled it. It took 3 calls to reschedule. I went. No one had me fill out any papers.
