BMW/Mini service centre have a great team of professionals. A Big shout out to Ben and the mini mechanics that serviced my mini. The car feels brand new again. Thank you. Definitely will be back next year.
First time using Worthingtons BMW service centre. So far, so good. I am super happy with the work that was done to my BMW, they even cleaned my car inside and out, which was a lovely surprise. The customer service that I received was both helpful and professional, I left my vehicle with them feeling confident, which I haven’t always felt at other dealerships I’ve visited in the past. I will certainly be back for my future servicing requirements.
It was terrible experience. I have engine warning light comes out when I am driving, call BMW roadside assist, super helpful, clear the fault for me, but unfortunately it comes back on. Booked the service with BMW Worthington, they told me that need to replace fuel pressure senor for the harness $2100. I have to leave my car for overnight for them to fix it the next day.
