Best customer service dealership I have been to in a long time!! Customer service Travis/Monica was a great help to make sure my vehicle was serviced with the correct items that were listed on my tickets and also did follow up on items that may need some adressing in the future. Oil change tech in the Worthington dealership did an amazing job inspecting for other issues I may run into on my vehicle and should follow up on for fixing as well. Overall best place for service in the area!!
Brought my car in because I had broke down twice, first shop gave it an alignment, these guys tried saying that was all I needed after the same issue. Replaced the control arm and tires for a whopping $2,200 and I am broke down another 2 hours down the road with the same problem. I would advise against purchasing anything from this business, definitely don't bring your car in for servicing. We could have easily gotten in an accident, and I will be in contact with someone at corporate or whoever I need to talk to.
