I discontinued treatment because the office charged me for a service I canceled with notice of 47 and half hours. The cancelation policy states 48 hour notice. I received a message right after I canceled saying I was within the window. A whole month later my card was charged and I was told I did not fall within that window. I would have made myself available had I known I didn't fall within that window like I was told before the appointment.
