I had some appointments after my insurance ran out but couldn't afford to keep going, so I stopped seeing my therapist and set up a payment plan for the amount I owed. over the following months I paid off the amount in full and received confirmation that it was paid off. about a year later they contacted me saying I owed them more money despite not working with their office since my original payment plan started. do not get involved with this company.
Grateful for counseling services who genuinely want the best for their clients. Worth it counseling has a wide variety of great counselors and genuinely wants to help others.
