We called them after 7pm when our well pump suddenly stopped working. I expected to just leave a message since the website said they weren't open until the next day. Whomever answered was attentive and caring. Even made a joke about not knowing exactly when the servicemen would arrive the next day. But she asked how we'll be without water and suggested hooking up to the neighbor's line. So glad we decided to go with Worshams Pump Co.
