Had a great experience with my carpet being cleaned better than all the other places I’ve tried where they leave it wet and smelling like mildew.
Great attitude, customer service and great results! They made my carpet look brand new and for a great price!

Staff was very professional and polite. No complaints as far as interactions with them. However, the services were a bit lackluster. One bedroom had a couple of faint, small (quarter size) stains, and those remained unchanged. The main bedroom with the most traffic didn’t really look much different. No attempt was made to rejuvenate the carpet. I was able to take a cloth (after they “cleaned” it) and made more of a difference than they did. I guess I just expect a carpet cleaning service to make a little bit more of an effor... read more
