Very disappointed with how this surgery is now being run. I tried to book an in person appointment with my usual doctor of many years to be told that because I haven’t needed to see him in a couple of years, I am no longer able to be his patient. How ridiculous, being penalised for not being sick! Now I am expected to start seeing a new doctor who will likely leave the surgery in a few months anyway.
Dr Hamut has been my GP for some time now, I find him extremely thorough and compassionate. Considering how many patients he must see every day he always seems to be able to remember you and shows genuine care for your needs. Considering how busy this centre is the wait times seem reasonable to me.
Would have to say the worst doctors they don't listen you can never get in and never get the same doctors twice
