I'm loathe to leave negative reviews, but if I could give 0 stars I would. Our previously positive experience went from a 5 star experience to 0 stars after we followed up to clarify questions about our purchase and delivery. TBH, I'm reeling from a very RUDE and AGGRESSIVE interaction with "Rob" a consultant hired by Worralls for their closing. Needed a washer asap, called Rick and told him what I was looking for and that I needed it that day. Rick went above and beyond, had one in stock and delivered the same day. Delivery was excellent, they were in and out within thirty minutes, set up new washer and removed the old one. Glad to support local, excellent customer service. Thank you Rick and to your delivery team.
