I've been a long time customer of Wornstar (over 3 years) with probably over $2000.00 with of merchandise purchases. Recently ordered a pair of Hellraiser pants due to the discontinuation of the Headliner pants I really like. Got the pants and they do not fit near the same as the Headliner pants. I contacted customer service for refund and they offered store credit. I explained that the pants I buy are no longer available. Answer: oh well, no refunds.
