I have just moved to the area and needed a service. I called asking for a quotation, gave him all the info he needed (make, model, kms and also said break, pads need replacing). I was immediately greeted with a sigh, bad attitude and rude person over the phone. He replied with i dont know how much it cost for a service and we don't want to book you in as we have too much work on. I then asked if he knows where I could go.
