Black excellence salon! Amazing scalp treatment. Clay is amazing, very welcoming. 10/10 customer service experience.
Please avoid going to The Story at the Sorrento salon. Clayton will not hesitate to burn your hair follicles and your scalp. Scary!

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Clay was not just disappointing—it was outright traumatizing. He came highly reviewed, so my expectations were high, but what I received was far from a 5-star experience. I booked a relaxer touch-up, and as always, I made sure to give Clay detailed instructions beforehand. I explained that I have psoriasis, which makes my scalp sensitive and dry, and that my hair has multiple textures. The braiding I received was top notch. Clay called a barber to use a razor on my beard which I regret. It was still a great job, but I'd stick to their offered services next time.
