If you’re looking for a classic, old-school style hairstylist, Clay is the way to go! 20+ years of experience under his belt at is also super kind and welcoming! I got a nice wash, blowdry & flat iron, and trim. Had a great time getting my hair done and would recommend. Clay’s got so much wisdom to share and is a great conversationalist. This was my first time going to a salon and I’ve been missing out. Thank you, Clay!

CLAY IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He seems to only cater to his friends and regulars but completely ignores new customers. He gets extremely upset over just asking a simple question about his services or schedule. and he'll accuse you of being someone he knows even though you're just calling trying to give this man business. good luck trying to get any respect from this guy because he'll give you attitude as soon as he answers the phone and lie and say "Clay dont work here." before he hangs up on you. Black excellence salon! Amazing scalp treatment. Clay is amazing, very welcoming. 10/10 customer service experience.
Please avoid going to The Story at the Sorrento salon. Clayton will not hesitate to burn your hair follicles and your scalp. Scary!
