I can’t say enough nice things about these folks. They worked around my schedule and all 3 rugs look like new! The price was reasonable and I just wonder why I waited so long.
I called the company and sent a message via their voicemail. But, have yet to hear back from them after 7 days. They need to have better customer service and a receptionist in the office. It appears we will need to phone their competitor. Not a good way to service customers in your community.
I called Worms to get a couple of spots out of our carpet that we had tried steam cleaning and spot cleaning with no results. They came out and within an hour the spots were gone. Great service, very professional and very courteous. I would definitely use them again

We gave them a area rug to clean, after about a week or so our rug came back and did not look any cleaner than when they took it.
