I called the company and sent a message via their voicemail. But, have yet to hear back from them after 7 days. They need to have better customer service and a receptionist in the office. It appears we will need to phone their competitor. Not a good way to service customers in your community.

I called Worms to get a couple of spots out of our carpet that we had tried steam cleaning and spot cleaning with no results. They came out and within an hour the spots were gone. Great service, very professional and very courteous. I would definitely use them again

We gave them a area rug to clean, after about a week or so our rug came back and did not look any cleaner than when they took it.

Worms came out to do 4 rooms in my house. Before the crew finished the 1st room, the crew called Matt the owner to inform him the equipment wasn't working. Matt told them to continue the job. A couple hours later I noticed my carpets were soaked with dark brown spots appearing. The crew notified Matt and he came out with industrial fans to dry the areas and spray more chemicals on the spots. Well by this time if day was late afternoon, I was reacting to the chemicals.
