After speaking with Mr. Worman, he told me he could represent me and told me his retainer would be $5,000. I told him I would only like for him to send a demand for payment letter at first and if they didn’t pay or respond that I would THEN pay the retainer to begin litigations and he immediately changed his mind and declined representing me, told me to look for another lawyer.
