Bought a new LS XJ2025. Super surprised that they can’t even fill the gas tank when buying brand new. Delivery of the actual tractor was pretty fast but still waiting on belly mower bought at same time. For some reason I wasn’t provided any warranty information or manual with delivery.
Overall great experience here. I purchased a new backhoe for my LS tractor. The actual installation was super quick , picked up from me on Monday, returned to me Wednesday. Amazing turn around time. My only concern was with the owner Josh. His customer service from start to finish was abrasive and rude. I will not deal with him again.
We were very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of Robert in the service department. I don't know the name of the gentleman in the parts department but he graciously gave us time and information that did not necessarily benefit the company. We will return and give them our business.
