They charge a fortune for each service call. My service contract expired and they continue to charge me every year. When I called to report a break in that did not go to monitoring system the incredibly rude representative hung up on me. My system was not being monitored and they did not tell me. Not a very secure security company.
STAY AWAY!!! CROOKS RUN THIS COMPANY. THIEFS THAT OVERCHARGE AND SCREW INNOCENT PEOPLE WITH FEES & PENALTIES
