I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. The staff changed my appointment without my consent and failed to communicate with me properly in advance. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted my schedule. What was even more frustrating was the rude and unprofessional attitude I received when I asked for an explanation. I really like and trust Dr. DeBonis and everyone in his office. They are not alarmist, but they let you know how your teeth are doing and steps to improve. Really know their stuff. All very up and pleasant. Janice Dunham

I’m very dissatisfied with my experience at this dental clinic. First, there was no prior notice about any grace period policy—no text message or phone call explaining it. When I realized I might not arrive exactly on time, I called ahead to inform them. I was told to come in anyway, although they mentioned the hygienist might not be able to see me. I’ve been to some very good dentist in Manhattan. But here they go above and beyond to be sure everything‘s OK as well as being pleasant.
