I’m very dissatisfied with my experience at this dental clinic. First, there was no prior notice about any grace period policy—no text message or phone call explaining it. When I realized I might not arrive exactly on time, I called ahead to inform them. I was told to come in anyway, although they mentioned the hygienist might not be able to see me. I’ve been to some very good dentist in Manhattan. But here they go above and beyond to be sure everything‘s OK as well as being pleasant.
Dr Debonus is the best dentist ever! He really cares. He does everything to make you feel you are in good hands. He is a rare find.
