I had an amazing experience here out of a desperate situation. My iPhone stopped charging hours prior to an out of state flight. I had no backup phone and no way to contact my family other than a Facebook messenger on my laptop. Jason worked diligently on my phone even 1.5 hours after closing trying to troubleshoot the problem. He ended up loaning me a used Android so I would have a phone while I was traveling, which helped calm my nerves.
