I am extremely disappointed with Worldwide Mattress Outlet. I purchased a mattress with a 5-year warranty, and within just 2 years, it became deformed to the point of being unusable. Despite submitting all necessary documentation for a warranty claim, it was rejected under the guise of "normal wear and tear." Deformation within such a short period is clearly a product defect, not wear and tear. This company failed to honor its warranty, leaving me with a faulty product and no support.
