Purchased a bedframe and mattress from this company. From the very beginning, there was nothing but issue after issue. The website stated I could make an appointment and go in to view items before purchasing. I was denied this ability. My items were late to arrive. I was charged extra to deliver the mattress, and we had to go from Chatham to Windsor to get the frame ourselves. Then the frame was horribly cheap and the slats kept popping out.
