Can anyone explain why they answer their phone (I can hear sounds in the background), immediately hang up, then block you? I'm trying to reach them about an import they brokered in 2024, but can't get anyone to speak.

We have open invoices at 60 days old and cannot get an answer out of them.... would not run loads for them as carrier

Do not work with this service if you are a truck driver. I did not have a good experience

Very poor service, unreliable performance This carrier advertises great pricing, but hits you with made-up adjustment fees. Don't waste time and effort, there are plenty of carriers out there that will perform much more reliably. We got hot with a bogus Lift Gate charge, after the booked load had been rescheduled three (!) times for pick up.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Carriers beware!! We delivered a load for them. Our factoring company won't touch it!! We have reached out to them several times for payment. We've been given the run around. They won't communicate or commit to a payment date!! Priya Gaharwar is the person in charge of payments and won't communicate with us!! This is a horrible way to do business!! NEVER AGAIN!! STOP PLAYING GAMES AND PAY US!!
