Called three times to try to book a load with this broker. I believe it was an AI voice that I first speak with. It took my information, looked up the load and gave me a rate. I agreed to the rate. It said it would transfer me to a rate agent to confirm the rate. The phone rings a few times, then hangs up. I tried calling the main corporate number, it's always busy. Impossible to reach anyone. Very very poor way to do business.
Not a real carrier
Cheap brokers! They've helped drive the market down by underbidding everyone in the area. I booked a load that was supposed to be able to deliver straight through on Friday, November 1st, 2024. My driver arrived at the receiver. The receiver told him they went by appointments, and the appointment was set for 8am. on Monday, November 4th, 2024. My driver needed to be home for the weekend for his son coming home from the Navy, so I had him head home. They agreed it was their fault and paid $253 for layover. I paid $253 in fuel... read more
