Purchased a couple machines from an auction and needed some parts and keys so I stopped into store in Long Lake and a really nice lady at the front desk said make myself at home and went to the back for Alex. Alex was very helpful and gave me a crash course in maintenance and hooked me up with the parts I needed. I will definitely be going back.
I received the new hopper on Monday and my machine is back up and running normally. I plan on ordering the parts you suggested to fix the 2 hoppers I have which are not currently functional. As I mentioned I may end up sending them to you for the professional touch. It’s been my experience than many of the “players” in your industry are a bit “shady”. I am very happy to have come across your company which is reputable and professional. You will be my go-to from now on! Thanks Again!

My husband and I have been married for 50 years.Rather than go to a casino we purchased 2 slot machines ,we now play side by side guilt free! When we found out they had a lay away plan no intrest we purchased 2 more. Way better to play at our own casino playing my bill money over and over and never have the tight money crunch after playing . Kids and grand kids come for casino night too . Now that’s a game room!!
