The main person at the reception desk loves his job so much .... Yah right, he needs customer service rehab. He is more than rude. In the future, try to find a job you like to do or leave the spot for someone more friendly. Not to mention that the supervisor have the same attitude. Seem to be a patern for the job description in place..
Very rude shipper guy. If you cant deal with people nicely please stay at home not in the office ,sitting in front of the office and make other people’s day bad.
