Rude incompetent people. Long long wait lines. They don't care. Some surf and play on their phones while you wait. Lousy customer service.
I have been employed for 2 months. Very disorganized. I worry about the safety of our passengers on the daily. Management was wonderful, until I reported an harassment issue with another csr. I was send home because I reported her yet she is still working. After making very inappropriate comments about 90% of employees. She is demeaning, publicly , loudly, and in the border or racism.
