Bad stuff working on the reception
The main person at the reception desk loves his job so much .... Yes right, he need customer service rehab. He is more than rude. In the future, try to find a job you like to do or leave the spot for someone more friendly. Not to mention that the supervisor have the same attitude. Seem to be a patern for the job description in place..
