The man I talked to today was by far THE WORST and biggest JERK I have delt with to date in collections. First, the man I spoke with lied and told me that, "If you settle your account with us it will drop off your credit history completely." and when I confronted him with the fact that they were reporting an inaccurate date of first deliquency he said, "We are allowed BY LAW to report that as the date we purchased it." LIAR!!! As specified in Section 605 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, this time limit is based on the date ... read more

I would like to give these D-bags zero stars. These guys are rude and incorrigible. Wannabe private investigators, who purchase your bad debts from financial institutions for <20¢ on the $. Then they harass you and every one you know until they get you to agree to pay. Then they aggressively and repeatedly abuse your credit report. The company is not legally registered as a corporation or LLC entity in the State of Texas. They only recently obtained their mortgage bond from State of Texas in 3/2010, which means they have been performing collections without the proper certifications. The company is also owned and operated by a person who was a convicted felon and is currently under investigation by the FBI. No felon is allowed to own and operate a company that reports to your credit agency, per US Federal law.

I owed wells fargo A LOT of money, they called me and asked me if I would like to settle my account. At first I thought that they were just some ruthless bill collectors who wanted my money, but these guys were actually interested in helping me get out of debt! I think that they settled my acccount for about 75% of what i had owed. they did a very good job and I really would reccommend them to anyone.
