Not a good Company ..
On 11/30/18 we took a load and during negotiations we agreed up detention, we requested this information in email in order to confirm their policy. This was agreed to because this was an "emergency" load that need to be covered and should have been picked up over the previous 2 days. While at the shipper we contacted the broker and let them know we had been on site for 1 hour and they had not started to load us yet. Not a good company to work with. Did not pay TONU. Booked a load got to the pickup and the load had already been taken by another carrier and we were never informed. Called the company waited over an hour on them to get a new pick up number did not hear back from them until 3 hours later. The shipper had closed for the day and now they do not want to pay TONU.
