While the actual mechanical repair on our trailer was completed all good, the billing practices and customer service were very unprofessional. When I called initially, asking for pricing, the service advisor had no idea what are the prices and didn't know where to look for them. I stayed a lot of time on hold. Man the guys at this shop is awesome especially a tech who goes by the name C.J he's the reason I'm going to be home for Christmas if not for him I'd be stuck until after Christmas so thanks guys for all your help especially you C.J
