I only have experience with the parts department.. the guys are great and can find what you need fast! The 3 stars is over a warranty refund that took too long (9 months) even though it had nothing to do with the parts employees... something has to change with that process!
I have always enjoyed all the guys at the worldwide parts department.. and I will continue to do business there.. BUT! When they tell you about any warranty on a part.. even though it is no fault of theirs.. it is COMPLETE BULLSHIT! They are made to tell you about the warranty a part has... NO! I turned in a steering box for warranty refund... 9 MONTHS AGO!! I still have to call and remind them weekly that I exist.. at this point I DON'T CARE WHAT THE REASON IS!!! It’s terrible! I lost the whole day here. They promised to fix my truck today from 9 a.m., but no one even tried to do it. I waited for the evening. One star is too much for them
