Had to be towed into KW. However, could not sleep at location because my truck was inside the fence in area. So they did take me to hotel six down the road, but then the next day they would NOT come and pick me up.

I only have experience with the parts department.. the guys are great and can find what you need fast! The 3 stars is over a warranty refund that took too long (9 months) even though it had nothing to do with the parts employees... something has to change with that process!
I have always enjoyed all the guys at the worldwide parts department.. and I will continue to do business there.. BUT! When they tell you about any warranty on a part.. even though it is no fault of theirs.. it is COMPLETE BULLSHIT! They are made to tell you about the warranty a part has... NO! I turned in a steering box for warranty refund... 9 MONTHS AGO!! I still have to call and remind them weekly that I exist.. at this point I DON'T CARE WHAT THE REASON IS!!!
