The technicians were great. Went in because of a check engine light. Went in and out the door.
Terrible parts service and bad attitudes.
Quick, simple and easy. That's how I like it.
Very under staff in technicians. Have 8 technicians but need 15. The shop manager insure me his 8 techs do the work of 15. My truck only needed dry service witch takes awhile but not 4 days!!!! I don't know if they have rules like if tech working on truck stays with truck till fix and ol boy went on leave few days, I don't know. I just payed for the service and finally left few days later.
