I honestly don't know what to think about this one. Made reservations on text paid via text. No one was there for my arrival, lady on the phone had wrong vehicles available and I said I had walked away from the place and called the police when she hung up, she calls me back and says that I can drive one of these other old junk cars she unlocked and keys are in it. I said I don't want to take a vehicle with that many issues and risk never seeing my deposit and I asked to cancel full refund and of not I was referred to use civ... read more
