The lady by the name of Julie who answers the phone at the sales desk needs some training in customer service! She is so rude on the phone and absolutely miserable!! If she hates her job that much then maybe she should find a new one!!

Not good, I ordered a part from Ontario and had it sent to the Surrey, BC location. the phone number listed is for a call centre and they can't patch me to the surrey store. This is useless as I found out that they do in store shopping and yet I can't talk to anyone there about how to get my product couriered to our location in abbotsford. Listing name is Steve 1 but I am Frank working at the Abbotsford OK Tire Store.
