Not only did you dropped the ball on my part. Your customer service has much to be desired. You email me last night? Give me a phone number that I can contact you at. The voice message is, you'll be out of the office till MAY 28TH, and here it is, JUNE 9TH. You then give me an extension 5470 and keep me on, hold 8 minutes. Nobody answered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. SAD.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a core, I called several times to have picked up. ordered a part and specifically requested core pick up. Order desk said they would make sure they picked it up. Part delivered, driver said couldn't pick up with out "RMA" After all this they tell me they can't take it back because it's been a year. I called right after customer picked up vehicle a year ago.
Always deliver in time and it's very convenient to have a lot of parts in stock at this warehouse
Just met one of their delivery drivers at a business definitely disrespectful to show up in a pair of sweatpants with your rear end hanging out what a way to represent a company
