Stephanie was fantastic to work with when checking out. Great communication. Timely and professional. It was a quiet property for the weekdays, I stayed there. The pool was lovely and the landscape was well-maintained. The view from our room was beautiful (besides the brown water ). It was fun being able to see all the activity happening at the lake from our balcony! However, Lisa who checked me in was a bit of a disaster. Poor customer service and unprofessional communication. Checking in was a bit of a struggle for our group. It was extremely delayed and one room was provided to us before it was actually ready and another not until an hour after the latest it should have been. All rooms were also missing the extra set of bedding for the Murphy bed. However, outside of the check in being chaotic the scenery was beautiful, there is plenty affordable things to do nearby, and everyone in our party had a good time. Room had a slight odor. Coffee pot had to be replaced. Water pressure was great. Lisa at the check in was wonderful. We love our condos at Worldmark. Nice pool great rec center. Just overall a great place to vacation
