Helpful staff and nice accommodations with everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Great with the exception that the indoor pool and outdoor pool are the same according to the staff. Didn't check it out, outdoor pools aren't heated so no go for me.
I love going to all the worldmark locations they are always beautiful and the rooms are always great and in really nice areas. The room are always clean and the staff is always so welcoming and nice. Now.. with that being said. I have stayed at this Birch Bay location twice and both times my wife and I have been completely bombarded by the sales team trying to get us to go to there hour and a half sales seminar.
