I would give the resort a 5, if the fake concierge would leave me alone after check in.
This is a dated property, that could use some upgrades, or certain things being redone. IE, Carpets, paint, etc. some of the rooms have a smell from the years of customers. The pool area is nice with loungers and tables and chairs. This resorts pool area is not as impressive as the neighboring WorlMark in Indio. The staff make up for the dated appearance.
