We have loved it here! The property is so beautiful and the area and people are so nice. The beds and pillows were very soft but if you like a firm mattress, you may have issues. The kitchen has everything you need, but mostly basics so if your cooking for a huge family, you may want to plan ahead a little. The front staff have been so wonderful and nice. Thank you for a great trip.
Let me start by suggesting the location may not be a five-star but definitely better than four. It does take a bit of a drive to get there but that is also what made it nice. We commuted back and forth to Silverwood and didn't mind one bit. Not having light pollution, as many palaces have, the sunsets and enjoying the view of the lake were fantastic. The staff is very nice, grounds look good.
