We are now a 5 weeks into a window project jerry was overseeing and it was only supposed to last 12 days. We are not half done yet and he has not communicated in several weeks. I am embarrassed for them on how they have handled it and the lack of communication. Do not use them!
They have been excellent with us during our short 3 years. Westwood Plaza has an address issue but they did assist us with purchasing our signage to try and help. If you need commercial space this is the place to go.
I have used Nancy Klauschie, an agent with World Group, to help lease space in a commercial building, and then to sell that building. She did a great job, and gave great advice. I am currently working with her to locate another commercial building. I would highly recommend her and the team at World Group.
