Great people to work with to get a brand new home
We bought a house on August 2024 and it was a big mistake!!! Unified Home Builders LLC & Worldwide Alliance LLC make poorly made houses. The quality is very bad and to be honest, I don’t even know how those houses can pass on the inspections. Besides of construction problems, they use cheap materials and the finishing is terrible. This company is fully of liars and thieves. I complained about a tree they left leaning on a property they built, but Paul Fletcher swore it would never fall. Just a few months later, I'm starting at the tree as it lies in my yard.
I've worked with many builders and Worldcorp did a great job. Great communication, and finished up the home on time. Their Supervisor Johnathan did a great job on the final walkthrough and has addressed the couple small things we found quickly.
