I bought a house from them a year ago. I am a first time home buyer and I will say Dana was very proffesional and patient with me as I fumbled around to get everything that was required. The home quality I would rate 7/10. When I did my final walk through one of the sinks was leaking, which was fixed same day. We called them back after moving it for minor issues and paint. The design aspect is so outdated. The classic model needs revamping. Instead of a window in the kitchen, the fridge and pantry should go on that side. Leaving the dishwasher and sink on the otherside. This can now be a peninsula/ island open concept and have the home feel bigger. If you are buying with small children you can't see them from the kitchen. Most people today want an open concept. The price point is great however.
