Really happy with my experience here. The staff were friendly and professional, and the customer service was great. Everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend their service !!
Be very careful. A family member was told they needed a tooth extraction and implant, only to discover from an endodontist that the tooth could be successfully saved. This raises serious concerns about the treatment recommendations they received. Thankfully, they sought a second opinion before proceeding. Based on this experience, I would not trust this clinic's advice on major dental work without independent confirmation.

I just called to make a reservation but the lady at the reception who answered my phone was really rude. I couldn't hear them clearly. So, I asked once again and she literally sighed loudly. They responded with a frustrated tone, which was very unprofessional. I understand it might be tiring to work in the afternoon, but I’m spending my own money to visit — do I really have to be the one understanding that? I think you should retrain the receptionist on proper customer service.
I had emergency while travelling and Dr. Susie Kim was able to help me a lot. Fair price and good service. She mentioned she had some polish friends. She has one more now! Thanks!
