Very disappointed in the extremely limited availability of the kayaking times. And the attitude of the contact person/ owner. I understand the tides in this area- been visiting for 20 years. However to limit the kayaking schedule to just one hour a day seems ridiculous. I asked the owner if we could go during the second hour instead of the first and received a blunt no. He said “Early to get the kayak gets it. Get it?” Not happy customer here.

We rented 6 kayaks for a 2 hour period when the tide would be at its highest. Parking at the Ogunquit Hotel and Suites was easy. We had our pick of life jackets and we were disappointed that the cell phone waterproof protectors available were all broken so left my cell behind. The guide briefed us on what to expect in each of the directions out into the marshes and how strong the tide was (not strong). My friend (a first time kayaker) and I enjoyed a wonderful paddle on a tandem kayak! The information on the website was very helpful in finding the location and the owner was extremely friendly and informative about the area and paddling options. Our kayak was comfortable and easy to use throughout our time on the water. I would recommend this kayak rental company to anyone looking for a calm and scenic one or two hour paddle. I look forward to trying an SUP next time I am in the area!
