We recently purchased a home and called to get our iron treatment system serviced. The receptionist couldn't find our address in their system and I told her I wasn't sure who installed it. A service rep came out in a timely fashion and was very nice. The problem? They only service RainSoft filtration systems. Considering they only service one brand of system, could the receptionist not have told me that. Roy Dixon (owner) was fantastic to work with. Honest, no high pressure sales, dependable. We researched several different systems and they beat out everyone's prices. The technicians came out immediately, very little waiting and were both informative and professional. The system he sold us sells itself. We had a lot of sediment in our water and the system we have completely eliminated that. It is also a no hassle system that requires very little for us to do.
