I have known Gary for over 30 years, sent many people to him for trans repairs. But lately he is not very helpful with people that have warranty issues, leaks and poor shifting. He’s making excuse after excuse, but not fixing the problem. I will not recommend him for any type of repair any longer. Service and customer care is awful, rate big “0”.
I had a problem with a classic car with a saginaw 4 speed. A bolt was backing out of a shift lever. Gary sat down with me and totally explained why the bolt was backing out and what he would do to fix it. I did find that the bolt was installed by someone was to long and bottoming out. A big thanks to Gary car is running again. Thanks Tony Tavolieri
Talk about stress. I'm fully loaded with a trailer and the van won't shift out of park. I called up Gary at worldwide. He gave me the instructions on how to pop the cable back into place and I'm back in business until I can see him to replace the worn out part. I have used them before and I definitely will be using him again. I wish I could give him a 10 star. Thanks again, Gary
Gary Sr. is an encyclopedia of knowledge. I always enjoy picking his brain and discussing possibilities. He tells you like it is and never tries to sell you anything you don't need. He has done 4 transmission jobs for me that extended the life of my vehicles by a lot.
