Needed an old tractor starter rebuilt. Marcelo had me in the same day and in the shop looking at it within a couple of hours. Let me know it needed replacing and was able to get a brand new one for me the next morning! When I broke a piece off installing it he swapped out the broken part without hesitation or any extra charge, again right away when I brought it into the shop, then took the time to explain what I had done wrong and how to avoid it next time.
