They were a headache to deal with. Upon drop off of my RV, requests and expectations were clearly communicated on what I needed done. It wasn't until just before pickup that I was told they couldn't work on various issues because there were parts missing that I could have brought to them during the 2.5 months that it sat at their lot. I really was hoping they would have worked hard to fix their mistakes and take ownership after spending several thousand dollars in repairs but their manager hung up on me. 10 ⭐️ Service Dept! This is not our first travel trailer, but the first time we have been nothing but impressed with a service dept after purchasing this travel trailer 3 yrs ago. We just had an emergency on the road.... they figured out the problem & had us back on the road again in record time. When we are ready to upgrade, we will buy from World Wide RV again because of their top tier service dept. Friendly & professional...... even had a treat for our pup! Thank you.....you are appreciated!!! 🥰
