I was issued a tens unit for my back I was told when I was almost out of the electrodes to simply call and they would be shipped immediately. I have been trying to call and get them and not one person answers the phone, almost 2 weeks this is going on, leave a message we will get back to you....yeah right I've left messages several times a day every day when I call. You know when I finally heard from this company? NEVER!!!! Not one return call, I'm so disgusted and aggravated What a waist of time.

1 star is too generous. Do not, do not, do not deal with this company. Can't get in touch with them and won't call back. Wonder what they're hiding?
