We purchased a brand new home from World Wide Alliance LLC/Unified Builders in early 2025. It has been one problem after another. The home was built with cheap, low-grade materials and appliances. We purchased our new build home early 2025 and our first year in the home was nothing short of a living nightmare. Our punch list consisted of nearly 60 issues, the majority of them major. From needing all new cabinet doors that were damaged, the floor has stains all throughout, which they never could get off, the septic smells when it's windy, HVAC, garage door issues, damaged and splitting closet and exterior doors, holes left in walls, entire garage floor is all cracked since month one. I brought a house in March 2024 from Worldwide Alliance LLC and Unified Builders This is March 2025 and I am still waiting on major repairs to be done professionally not patched up because they don't want to spend money to fix it right !!!!!! Please Beware of them !!!! Never Buy a house, tent ,or a piece of paper !!!! Do Not Trust them period !!!
